Responsibilities
- Analyze customer acquisition plans and provide consulting to sales staff to increase sales.
- Go out into the market with sales staff to provide sales advice.
- Plan to build relationships with new customers.
- The process of managing customer data and customer acquisition by sales staff should be overseen.
- Assess the potential of the customer.
- Develop effective sales teams and processes, and create customer satisfaction.
Qualification
- Minimum education level: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Food Science (basic knowledge of chemistry required).
- Minimum 10 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in a sales manager position.
- Experienced in the chemical industry.
- Patient and able to manage tasks well under pressure.
- Can provide advice on sales and closing deals.
- Can communicate well in English.
- Have experience managing a sales team.
